The DSA-2000 is proposed to be a world-leading radio survey telescope and multi-messenger discovery engine, consisting of up to 2000 radio telescopes operating at a frequency range of 0.7 to 2 GHz. As the European partner of the DSA-2000 project, DZA is currently preparing the construction of an 8-dish prototype array in the vicinity of Goerlitz. The Lusatia Radio Array (LRA) will allow comprehensive technical tests of the telescopes, as well as serve as a testbed for observation and analysis techniques to be used in DSA-2000. In this poster we present the current status of the LRA.
