Instructions for Authors
Oral Contributions
All presentations will have to be given in presence. Online presentations will not be possible.
Plenary speakers should prepare their presentations in PowerPoint or PDF and upload it to the conference system before their session (for details see instructions sent to all speakers).
Speakers in the splinter sessions can either present using their own laptops, or should prepare it in a common format and bring it along on a USB stick to be uploaded to the conference laptops. PDF format is preferred, Powerpoint and OpenOffice is possible, too. It is recommended that speakers upload and test these on the presentation system for compatibility in the break ahead of their splinter sessions. A representative from the AV company and one from DZA will be at your disposal at each location.
All lecture rooms will be equipped with a projector with HDMI port. Please bring along an adapter to HDMI, if required.
Please, note that times allocated in the program include time for setup, introduction, and discussion and should be kept strictly.
