Annual Meeting of the Astronomische Gesellschaft 2025

The International Annual Meeting of the German Astronomical Society will be hosted by the German Center for Astrophysics (Deutsches Zentrum für Astrophysik, DZA), in Görlitz during the week September 15-19, 2025.

The meeting will include invited plenary talks, splinter sessions, and working group meetings of the Astronomical Society. We encourage all participants to join the meeting in person. Online attendance will be possible for the plenary sessions only but not for the splinter meetings.

Plenary talks will be held in the 'Kulturforum Görlitzer Synagoge', Otto-Müller-Straße 3, 02826 Görlitz.

Poster, Reception and lunches will be located at Wichernhaus Görlitz, Johannes-Wüsten-Straße 23A.

Parallel sessions will be held in various locations in the immediate vicinity.
